Check-in
01 · How it works

You write the week down,
and later you read it back.

Rate each pillar and add a note if there's something you want to remember.

Come back in three months and you might find Work, which you thought was floundering, has been averaging at a 6 all along, while Play has been sitting at a 3 since April. You can decide if you want to do anything about that.

02 · Your pillars

Use the four defaults,
or change them.

Weekly Pulse starts with Work, Play, Love, and Health.
Rename, recolour, and rewrite what each one means to you and the prompt you see at check-in.
Add your own, and retire the ones that stop mattering; remove School when it stops being part of your life, while keeping the history.

03 · Showing up

The number you pick
is never scored.

Streaks and awards are optional, and they count one thing: whether you showed up. They never look at what you rated. An app that rewards good weeks teaches you to report good weeks, and then the record is worth nothing.

Set a weekly goal you can hit. The ring closes when you reach it, and a streak is weeks in a row of closing it, so you can't lose one mid-week, only by finishing under target.

Or leave them off. If a streak would just be one more thing to keep up, the check-in works the same without one.

🔥 26 weeks. Miss a stretch and nothing punishes you: back-date an entry so the record stays honest, or leave the gap where it is.

04 · Private by design

There's no server,
so there's nothing to leak.

Your check-ins are stored on your device. Turn on iCloud and they sync through your own private iCloud database. Nobody else can read it, including me. Export everything to CSV whenever you like — a plain text file you can open in a spreadsheet, not a backup that only this app knows how to read.
